AI Use & Transparency Notice
Version 1.1 · Effective 2026-10-01 · Awaiting final legal review
In short: Where AI is used, what it can and cannot do, and how every finding is labeled.
Where AI is used
Analysing information you give us and publicly available business information. Researching markets and opportunities. Writing your review, recommendations and reports. Drafting messages. Carrying out workflows you have authorized — scheduling, quoting, follow-up and customer operations. Analysing performance. Coordinating third-party services you approve.
What AI findings are — and are not
AI can be wrong. We never present AI output as independently verified fact. Every finding carries a label: Verified, Source-backed, Observed, Inferred, Potential opportunity, or Requires verification — with the source and date where there is one.
We never invent reviews, credentials, prices, certifications, customers, revenue figures, contracts, testimonials or business facts.
Human control
AI acts only within the authority you grant. High-risk actions — spending money, making payments, contacting new people, sharing data with third parties — always ask first unless you have explicitly switched on automatic approval for them. Handled does not provide human staff; anything that needs a person is routed to you or the team member you name.
Your data and model training
We use AI providers through settings that do not permit them to train their models on your data.
