In short: What we send, and how you control it.

Service messages

We email you about your account, security, billing and work you have authorized. These are needed to run the service.

Marketing

We only send marketing if you tick the box to receive it. Running the free look does not sign you up. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can change this in the Privacy Center.

Text messages

Handled does not send SMS or text messages. If that ever changes, we will ask for your separate written consent first.

Messages we send for you

Messages drafted by AI for your business are only sent with your approval or within the communication limits you set, and must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy.
